1. "Werewolf"
Originally released as an acoustic solo version on Trixie's debut "Peeling Strawberries", this is the superbly enhanced recording, to which The Sporz brought his unique sound by playing all additional instruments in his trademark strangepop style. A swaying bass line reminiscent of Tom Waits' songs leads this Michael Hurley cover astray to new eccentric beauty.
2. Own Best Friend
This is a cover of the classic The Sporz song "Own Worst Enemy", originally released on his album "ArtEctomy" in 2013. Through the reduction of this quirky song to a more acoustic approach with vocal harmonies, The Sporz and Trixie add a new dimension to this strangepop gem.
Trixie Delight (Woking) and The Sporz (Baltimore) came together for this collaboration to raise money for the 'Phone Credit For Refugees And Displaced People' charity. It allows them to keep in touch with loved ones and support services. It also provides a safeguard for the most vulnerable, unaccompanied minors, to protect them from child trafficking, sexual assault and violence.
All money raised by this release will go directly to the paypal account of "Phone Credit For Refugees And Displaced People". We have set the basic price at £1.00 but would appreciate it if you are able to pay more.
